Provida Announces Interim Dividend
SANTIAGO, Chile--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Provida (NYSE:PVD) - Please be advised that the Board of Directors has approved the distribution of a Ch$57.58 per share interim dividend on account of 2009 fiscal year, it will be paid locally on October 30, 2009. This dividend is subject to a 35% additional withholding tax for foreign investors and subject to eventual future tax credits for the 2009 fiscal year, which will be determined on April 2010.
