Fitch Affirms One & Downgrades Two Classes of Rutland Rated Investments - Sedona 2005-2
CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has affirmed one class and downgraded two classes of notes issued by Rutland Rated Investments - Sedona 2005-2 (Sedona 2005-2). Details of the rating action follow at the end of this release. The downgrades of the class A7-F and B3-L1 notes are a result of write-downs on the notes following realized principal losses from exposure to credit events.
