WMO Climate Catastrophe Claims Comically Contradict UN IPCC Report on Climate Change and History say Friends of Science

In a head-spinning announcement the UN’s World Meteorological Organization issued statements claiming extreme weather events of the past year were consistent with human-induced climate change, directly contradicting the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change AR5 report issued in September 2013 which states that there is a hiatus in global warming and that there has been no observed global trend in tropical storms, hurricanes, droughts or floods. Friends of Science point to evidence-based reports such as the fact-based testimony of Roger Pielke, Jr. to the US Senate on Environmental and Public Works and the Madhav Khandekar report, both of which also dispute the claims of the WMO.
