CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- #automotive --Littelfuse, Inc., the global leader in circuit protection, has introduced the SMF4L Series 400W Low Profile Package TVS Diode, which is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. It is provided in a small-footprint, flat lead, low-profile plastic SOD-123FL package. With a board footprint of just 3.10mm x 2.00mm x 0.98mm, the SMF4L Series is 50 percent smaller than SMA.
