Preventing Crime Before It Happens: Virtual Guard Recruits a Police Commander
In a midst of a wave of break-ins and burglaries here and here Virtual Guard, a video monitoring company, recruited a seasoned police commander, retired Lt Colonel Avishay Bar-Tal, to run its security operation. This addition to senior management has greatly enhanced the company’s monitoring capacity, drawn from Mr. Bar-Tal distinguished service of over two decades in various investigative and intelligence aspects of police work.
