The Heico Companies, Announces Acquisition of Precision Engineering to expand the Thermal Solutions Segment
The Heico Companies is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Precision Engineering (Precision), which will be part of Heico’s Thermal Solution Segment (TSS). Precision Engineering is a Tier-1 manufacturer of sheet metal enclosures to global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the aerospace/defense and critical industrial sectors.
