Weld North Acquires Editure PD and JBHM Education Group
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Weld North Holdings LLC, an investment company founded by former Kaplan, Inc. CEO Jonathan Grayer in partnership with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR), announced today that it has entered the $3.6 billion education, school improvement services and professional development industry by acquiring a 100% interest in each of Editure Professional Development Inc. and JBHM Education Group.
