NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings affirms the senior and subordinate notes issued by Wachovia Student Loan Trust 2006-1 at \'AAAsf\' and \'Asf\', respectively. The Rating Outlook on both notes remains Stable. KEY RATING DRIVERS High Collateral Quality: The trust collateral is comprised of 100% of Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP) loans.
