Webster-Calhoun Cooperative Telephone Association (WCCTA) and Iowa Network Services (INS) Work Together To Provide Quality Charity Grants To Iowan Communities
Our rural communities benefit from the partnership of Webster-Calhoun Cooperative Telephone Association (WCCTA) and Iowa Network Services (INS) in providing grants to further community-improvement projects. The Badger Fire & Rescue Department is the most recent recipient of a grant that will be used towards the purchase of a replacement pumper truck that will be used for the residents and businesses within the 60 square mile service area.
