TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Ryukoku University and Microwave Chemical Co., Ltd. announced today their joint development of a microwave heating system that uses 500W-output gallium nitride (GaN) amplifier modules as heat sources.
