Toshiba Granted Licenses to BaySand's Metal Only Programmable Technology
TOKYO & AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Toshiba Corporation (“Toshiba”) and BaySand, Inc. (“BaySand”) today announced that the two companies have agreed to settle the disputes between the parties with respect to the terms of the license for BaySand’s Metal Only Programmable Technology granted by BaySand to Toshiba, including the lawsuit pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the arbitration pending before the ICC International Court of Arbitratio
