Northeast Metro Tech Students Install Active Shooter Detection System as Electrical Shop Project
The Juniors and Seniors in Electrical Shop at the Northeast Metropolitan Regional Vocational High School completed a special project this year, installing the Guardian Indoor Active Shooter Detection System in their school. Northeast Metro Tech is the first Vocational School in the nation to not only adopt this technology, but to have the students perform the installation throughout the school as a part of their Electrical program of studies.
