Veterans Airlift Command to Fly Wounded Warrior
Major Girah Caraballo uses difficult experiences, as building blocks to achieve her goals. Veterans Airlift Command (VAC) is assisting Major Caraballo by providing free air transportation from Boston, Ma to Syracuse NY so that she can report to Reserve Officer Training on Saturday morning.
