NovoPLM acquires PTC Reseller New Vision Engineering Solutions, expands AR and IoT services capabilities
Effective October 1, 2020, Sconce Solutions subsidiary NovoPLM Inc, a platinum reseller of PTC CAD, PLM, AR, and IoT software, services, and training, has entered into a strategic partnership and asset acquisition agreement with Minnesota-based PTC reseller New Vision Engineering Solutions. NovoPLM will take over all New Vision’s PTC software license, maintenance, and subscription sales. New Vision will be a strategic AR and IoT services partner, allowing New Vision to focus on its services offerings.
