The Schar School, Squire Patton Boggs, and Content Enablers Set to Help Companies and Trade Practitioners in China Conduct Trade with the U.S. Compliantly and Efficiently
Recent U.S. policy reconsiderations regarding China have significantly impacted how global companies operate in China, as well as how Chinese corporations manage their operations in relation to their compliance with U.S. regulations. Navigating the complex mosaic of U.S. export control regulations can be very challenging – but it is critical to avoid fines, penalties, and reputational damage.
