New 15 Minutes Training Fitness Method Provides People with No Time Highly Effective 15 Minute Daily Workouts

The new fitness training method, created by Caleb Kafri who has more than 15 years of experience in training the U.S. military, active combat training and holds two patents in the fitness field. It is designed to sculpt the body and muscles using daily workouts which are only 5 to 15 minutes in length with no special equipment or location required.
